Call the closing attorney to set up your closing date time and location. Your closing date is on your contract.
Fax them the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
Call your buyer and let them know the time of the closing, give them the phone numbers of the closing attorney and tell them to call the closing attorney too.
Keep in touch with both the buyer and the closing attorney all the way up to closing. Once a week calls are fine.
