WITHDRAW YOUR LISTINGS FROM FMLS & MLS
First, you should know that you can return to us at anytime in the future at no charge.
If you would like to withdraw your listings, please use the Buy Now button below to pay the $60.00 withdraw fee to the MLS & FMLS. We will send you a confirmation email. We send your request to FMLS and MLS on Monday - Friday for any requests before 5:00 p.m. We will copy you on the request to them. We have found that it takes up to 72 business hours for most listings to come out of the system.
TRANSFERRING
If you are transferring to another agent, you don't need to pay the fee. They can do a brand new listing for you. Please make sure however that your new agent is putting you in both FMLS and MLS. If they are not putting you in both, you will need to pay to withdraw from the service that they are not putting you in, which is $30.00. Click here.
HAVE A LOCKBOX?
*Lockbox located on door: we will be out the following week to pickup. Please note that we DO NOT remove flyer boxes or flyers or signs. We simply take the whole sign and everything on it. Please remove your personal property.
*Lockbox is not attached to your home: you have signed a lockbox Amendment stating you need to mail or deliver the lockbox back to our offices within 10 days of withdraw to avoid a fee of $150.00.
