Reviewing the Listings that We Gave You
Here are some of the codes that you see on your listing.
Definitions:
Residential Deached - Properties that are stand alone, Single Family Residences.
A. Age Description
Resale - A property that has been lived in and owned less than 60 years
B. Construction
Stucco/Syn Stucco - Property contains either Hardcoat or Synthetic Stucco, it is grouped together. Often if a property has Hardcoat Stucco it is mentioned in the public remarks of the listing.
Frame - Smooth Boards on the outside of the property, not siding
Rough Sawn - Cedar Boards on the outside of the property that are rough
