Lockbox and Sign Pickup
We pickup lockboxes the week after closing, expiration or withdrawl, Tuesday through Friday. Although we have 10 days to pick them up, we try to get out and collect them as soon as possible. Please put your sign on the side of the house so that we can pick it up too.
If you have a special request for us to pickup the box early, we will try and honor your request if you will write us an email to:

Please add your FMLS number and address with Pickup Lockbox Please to the
subject line.
We will then add you to the schedule to be picked up the following week.
