Occupied Home Hands-on Staging: Each room in the house will be staged including re-arrangement of furniture and accessories from a selling perspective, de-cluttering, optimization of overall flow, highlighting of home’s assets, paint color recommendations, updating of fixtures and hardware, organization, providing distinct purpose for each room, curb appeal and more ensuring your home appeals to the highest possible percentage of buyers. Proccess: Simply Staged submits e-consult to client including a short list of tasks to accomplish prior to the hands-on staging. Upon completion of checklist, stager visits to stage home & take 8 photos to be submitted to Duffy Realty . . . . . . . $500.00
Occupied Home Verbal Staging: A verbal, 60-90 minute meeting where Simply Staged will give a detailed outline and plan for all of the items outlined in the Hands-On Staging Package including furniture arrangement, curb appeal, paint color recommendations, fixture updates, accessory placement and more. A fabulous choice for the do-it-yourself homeowner……$300.00
Vacant Home Furniture Package : (Master, Living, Dining and Kitchen Only)
Furniture and accessories placed throughout living, dining and master, accessories in the entryway, kitchen and master bath. Price includes selection, delivery, installation/placement, removal & 8 photos to be submitted to Duffy Realty . . . . . . $600.00 + $600.00/month rental fee (minimum 3 months)
