When Will My Home Show Under Contract?
We are required by both multiple listing services to report your listing as pending as soon as we receive binding agreement. We have made a commitment to agents in the community that our listings are changed daily, which we do.
Realtor.com and other websites take at least 24 hours to make the change because they are linked to the multiple listing services.
Should your home not close on the date of the closing we will change your listing back to active after the expiration of the contract at midnight of that date. We will make the change the next morning unless there is some other issue.
If your home does not close, but the closing date has not passed, a Termination and Release form is required. Please contact our Contract Department immediately.
