Renting Your Home
Add Your Home For Rent To The FMLS For An Additional $250.00 while you are marketing for sale
Add your home to the Rental section of the FMLS. When an agent brings you a buyer you will need to pay them a fee that you have stated in the FMLS. Usually, you should offer $300.00 or so to the agent. If we show a renter your home that rents your home, you will pay us the $300.00 at the time of rental.
You will be responsible for checking the credit and doing the rental agreement unless you hire us to do that as well which is an additional $750.00.
